We want schools and colleges to be able to focus their efforts on responding to the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore the 2020 Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) consultation which was suspended on 31 March 2020 has been withdrawn permanently.
The majority of the revisions proposed in the consultation version will be reconsidered for future updates of KCSIE.
