We're seeking views on new regulations for keeping school registers and draft thresholds for legal interventions to improve consistency across England.

Why your views matter

Accurate recording and sharing of attendance data is crucial and the recent white paper committed to modernising the regulatory system for recording and sharing data. This consultation seeks views on the proposed new rules.
