The Department for Education (DfE) is seeking views on proposals to improve 16-19 school and college performance measures.

Why your views matter

We are seeking views on proposals to improve 16–19 performance measures, aiming to deliver better outcomes and provide clearer, more reliable information for students, parents and other users.

We welcome feedback on:

  • making measures more consistent and comprehensive
  • improving English and maths progress measures
  • and refining retention measures
