Why We Are Consulting

This consultation paper sets out how we intend to introduce mandatory gender pay gap reporting for large public sector bodies in England and certain public authorities operating across Great Britain in relation to non-devolved functions.

We are particularly interested in hearing from those public bodies who will be affected by the proposed regulations.
