Our strategy, Stable Homes, Built on Love, sets out ambitious plans for a system-wide transformation of children's social care. We are excited to hear what you think of it. 

We know that not everyone will wish or feel able to answer all of the questions in this consultation. You’re encouraged to answer the questions you’d like to respond to, but you don’t have to respond to all of them.

If you are a child or young person under the age of 18, or a care leaver between the ages of 19-25, there are a specific set of questions just for you on the page "Questions for children and young people". 

There is one question in the "About You" page you must complete. Once this has been completed, you may submit your response.
