Post 16 Pathways – T Level Outline Content

Overview

We're seeking views on the proposed outline content for T Levels in Sport and Social Care for first teach in September 2028.

We are seeking views to ensure: 

• The content is appropriate and industry relevant
• The content supports effective progression to HE, entry into the workplace or to an apprenticeship
• The content is set at the right level of demand for Level 3 learners

Your feedback will help us to develop and deliver high quality, well‑designed content for T Levels in Sport and Social Care. 

Why your views matter

The consultation is for anyone with an interest in post-16 education for 16-19-year-olds in England. This includes but is not limited to:

• schools, colleges, students, and their representative bodies
• further and higher education institutions and their representative bodies
• employers and their representative bodies
• awarding organisations and their representative bodies

The consultation runs from Monday 8th June to Sunday 9th August 2026 (11:59pm). Please read the accompanying consultation document and outline content before responding.
