Welcome to this online survey, which allows you to submit your views on DfE's proposals for regulating independent educational institutions.

The questions here should be read alongside the consultation document, which will provide background and technical detail on the proposals.

Questions 1-6 relate to general information about the respondent, questions 7-14 relate to widening the registration requirements, questions 15-20 relate to changing how some appeals against de-registration are determined, and questions 21-23 relate to the revision of the basis for consideration and approval of material changes to independent schools.
