Further Education Residential Standards
Overview
We're seeking views on one change in the further education (FE) residential accomodation: national minimum standards.
Why your views matter
This consultation is a partner to the current 'Gender questioning guidance for schools and colleges' consultation launched on 19th December 2023. The statutory Residential Standards were last updated in 2018; to reflect the latest clarification in the Gender questioning guidance the department is seeking views on matching amendments to the standards.
