Overview
We're seeking views that relates to reforming the system of adoption support, including the operation of the Adoption and Special Guardianship Support Fund.

Why your views matter
This consultation aims to make the adoption and kinship system of support better, fairer, and more efficient. The consultation sets out proposals to maintain and improve the mental health and wellbeing of children who are adopted or in kinship care, with a focus on strengthening the support available and building their resilience.
It also sets out eight options to reform adoption and eligible kinship support, including the future operation of the Adoption and Special Guardianship Support Fund.
