Overview
This consultation seeks views on planned new level 1 English and maths qualifications for 16 to 19-year‑olds with prior GCSE attainment at grade 2 or below. The consultation covers the cohort of students who will take the qualifications, qualification structure, content, and proposals for achievement and grading.
