DESCRIPTION:We are running events to discuss the proposed changes to the ro
 le of Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). We are updating our guidance for
  DSLs to put a greater focus on improving the academic achievement of chil
 dren who have experienced adversity and trauma\, as part of their existing
  safeguarding duties. \n\nWe want to hear your views on what additional su
 pport would help DSLs to carry out this role. These events are for Designa
 ted Safeguarding Leads and school leaders.\n\nPlease note each event will 
 cover the same themes and content. \n\nIf you wish to book a place on one
