DESCRIPTION:We are running events to discuss the proposed changes to t
 he role of Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). We are updating our gui
 dance for DSLs to put a greater focus on improving the academic achiev
 ement of children who have experienced adversity and trauma\, as part 
 of their existing safeguarding duties. \n\nWe want to hear your views 
 on what additional support would help DSLs to carry out this role. The
 se events are for Designated Safeguarding Leads and school leaders.\n\
 nPlease note each event will cover the same themes and content. \n\nIf
